- We can attribute the popularity of aviator sunglasses to Pete “Maverick” Mitchell, the hotshot fighter pilot who made “Top Gun: Maverick” 2022’s top-grossing movie.
- The harlequin shape is on this year’s fast track. Formerly called cat-eye glasses, these beauties were inspired by harlequin masks.
- Oversized square frames are reminiscent of the 1970s and ’80s.
